💷 Pay: Competitive hourly rate – Negotiable following a successful weld test

🕒 Job Type: Temp to Perm

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• 15-minute paid break (10:30am – 10:45am)
• 30-minute unpaid lunch (1:00pm – 1:30pm)

Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

• 15-minute paid break (10:30am – 10:45am)

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Crewkerne.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with a company that values skill and quality craftsmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Proven TIG and MIG welding experience.
• Ability to produce high-quality welds to a skilled standard.
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings (preferred).
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.

No formal welding qualifications are required – we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their welding ability through a successful weld test.
