Admin - Recruitment Support 

Location: Narthampton -Brackmills 
Job Type: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and meeting  high-quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle 
• Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.
• First stage of Interview over the phone 
• Secound stage of Intreview Meeting candidates face to face and running ( site tour.)
• Calling new canddiates and arranging Interviews. 
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Meet individual and help team to performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new candidtes

• Previous recruitment expiriance ( preferred)
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Great computer skills.
