Front of House/Receptionist

We are looking for a smart, professional and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to support a premium car dealership at weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in creating a first-class impression and understands the importance of great customer service. Customers visiting the dealership are often looking to make a significant purchase, so a warm, confident and polished approach is essential.

Hours and Pay

• Between Monday and Friday: 09:00 to 17:00 (three days a week)
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
• Part-time role

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
• Creating a positive first impression for every visitor
• Directing customers to the appropriate member of the sales or service team
• Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries politely and efficiently
• Keeping the reception and customer waiting areas tidy and presentable
• Offering refreshments to customers and keeping that area tidy
• Supporting the wider dealership team with general front-of-house duties

• Smart, presentable and confident in a customer-facing environment
• Warm, welcoming and able to put customers at ease
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Comfortable speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone
• A positive attitude and willingness to help
• Ideal for university students or anyone looking for regular part time work
