We are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team based in Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role within a busy production environment.

The Role:

• Reading and following job tickets, labels and work instructions accurately
• Identifying products and ensuring the correct labels are used
• Supporting the production process to meet quality standards
• Carrying out general production and assembly duties
• Ensuring products are prepared correctly for the next stage of manufacture
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Ability to read and follow written instructions and labels accurately
✔ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
✔ Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
✔ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
✔ A willingness to learn and develop new skills
