🏭 Production Operative – Career Progression with a Global Manufacturer

💰 Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.23/hour (one skill learned) → £16.76/hour (multi‑skilled)

🕒 Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well‑established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team in Wellington. 🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up high‑tech production machinery
• Maintain product quality to company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled

💷 Pay & Overtime

• Starting Rate: £13.34/hour
• Progression to One Skill: £14.23/hour
• Multi‑Skilled Rate: £16.76/hour

Overtime (paid at time and a half)

• £20.01/hour (starting rate)
• £21.35/hour (one skill)
• £25.14/hour (multi‑skilled)
