  • 03:00 – 09:00
  • 16:00 – 21:00

Lobster Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking ongoing work with weekly pay.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and accurately.

Duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Sorting and moving stock throughout the warehouse
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Scanning and processing goods
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to meet operational targets

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
  • This role involves regular heavy lifting and physical work throughout the shift
