⏰ Hours: 06:45–18:45 & 18:45–06:45
💷 Pay: £13.39 per hour, increasing to £15.91 after 12 weeks

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Learn to operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Support machine setup, running and changeovers
• Carry out product quality checks and report any issues
• Wrap, prepare and move finished goods
• Work closely with experienced operators and supervisors to build technical skills
• Support smooth shift handovers and production targets
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards
