B2C & Kitting Operative

Location: Aylesbury
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated B2C & Kitting Operative to join our warehouse team in Aylesbury. This role involves preparing customer orders, assembling kits, and ensuring products are packed accurately for direct-to-consumer distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare product kits to specification
• Pick and pack B2C customer orders
• Label and prepare parcels for shipment
• Carry out quality checks on completed orders
• Maintain stock accuracy and workspace organisation
• Work towards daily productivity targets
• Follow company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packing, or kitting experience desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
