Overview
Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with 5-axis machining experience looking for a stable role with competitive pay and consistent hours.

CNC Programmer/Operator Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting, and operating 5-axis CNC machines
• Producing high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications
• Using Powermill software to create and optimise CNC programs
• Working with CMS machines (preferred)
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
• Strong experience with 5-axis CNC machining
• Proficiency in Powermill software
• Experience working with CMS machines is highly desirable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
