About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder to join the team in a production and finishing role. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding and ensuring products are completed to a high standard before dispatch.

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG/TIG welding on a range of materials
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings where required
• Inspect welded products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools and power tools
• Work to production schedules and meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
• Complete quality checks and production documentation
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand–eye coordination and confidence using tools and welding equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
• Own transport required due to location and working hours

Pay Rate

£13.71 – £14.50 per hour
