We’re recruiting on behalf of a valued logistics client for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy team in Wellingborough. This role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Duties

• Receiving, checking and putting away pallets/packages
• Using WMS for data entry, picking and stock movements
• Picking, packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating MHE (forklift/reach/PPT licences preferred)
• Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
• General warehouse duties
• Keeping work areas safe, clean and organised

About You

• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer/scanner skills
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
• Experience loading lorries/containers is a bonus
