CNC Machinist (Turn/Mill)

 King’s Lynn, Norfolk
 £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)
 Full-time, Permanent

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist (Turn/Mill) to join a well-established precision engineering company working on high-quality, small batch components.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing precision work to tight tolerances.

What’s on offer:

• £35,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience
• PAYE (weekly/monthly pay – clarify if needed)
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Overtime available (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set and operate CNC turning/milling machines
• Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
• Carry out quality checks using measuring equipment
• Ensure parts meet high cosmetic and quality standards
• Maintain machines and keep work area clean and safe

What we’re looking for:

• Proven CNC Turn/Mill experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining processes
• High attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Desirable (not essential):

• Multi-axis / 5-axis experience
• CAM systems or Mazatrol/ISO programming knowledge
