Management Accountant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to work on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation based in Burton Latimer. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to join a growing business and play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and operational support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• ·Preparation of monthly management accounts
• ·Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• ·Financial reporting and performance analysis
• ·Balance sheet reconciliations
• ·Supporting year-end accounts and audit processes
• ·Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance

About You

• ·Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role
• ·Strong analytical and numerical skills
• ·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• ·Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• ·Confident communicator and team player
• ·Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) desirable
