We are hiring for multiple Early Years roles within a well-established nursery in Penrith. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive setting with excellent facilities and strong career progression.

Available Roles & Salaries

• Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – £29,300
• Room Leader – £31,300
• Deputy Manager – £32,000
• Nursery Manager – Up to £36,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early years education
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
• Maintain safeguarding and EYFS standards
• (Senior roles) Lead teams and support nursery operations

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or above where required)
• Passion for working with children
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Leadership experience for senior roles
• Commitment to high standards of care and education
