Sales Support / Data Analyst – Fixed Term Contract (6–12 months)

Location: Croydon or Fully Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months (likely to extend to 12 months)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support / Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, highly organised, and capable of building effective relationships across the business. You will support the sales team and senior management by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring customer and pricing data is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile company-wide and ad-hoc reports to support business performance tracking
  • Deliver monthly Power BI reports and invoice reporting support
  • Conduct overall data analysis to support strategic and board-level decisions

Auditing & Compliance

  • Conduct audits for new business opportunities and existing clients
  • Support compliance and data accuracy across systems

Pricing & Data Management

  • Maintain customer pricing structures and wholesale price files
  • Update catalogues and manage customer group contracts
  • Monitor and manage reward points exposure

Systems Management

  • Oversee Horizon back-office system, Acsellerate CRM, and EVO-X e-commerce platform
  • Import stock, manage CTS file uploads, and set up new customer accounts
  • Provide second-line support for system troubleshooting

Operational & Sales Support

  • Manage 3rd-party ordering platforms and failed web orders
  • Support archiving, shredding, and non-core reporting
  • Assist with tender applications, gap analysis, and management reports

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales management systems (training available)
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
