Van Driver
Location: Trafford Park, M17
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overview:
We are recruiting a reliable Van Driver to join a busy operation based in Trafford Park (M17). This role involves the delivery and collection of equipment/tools across a variety of sites including construction sites, factories, schools, and commercial premises.

This is not a standard multi-drop role – while some days may involve only 1–2 jobs, the nature of the equipment and delivery locations requires a responsible and safety-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect tools and equipment from various sites
• Ensure all items are loaded, secured, and transported safely
• Use internal vehicle ramps to assist with loading/unloading
• Carry out manual handling (handballing required)
• Complete daily vehicle checks
• Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers on site

Requirements:

• Full clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous van driving experience
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Strong awareness of load safety and securing equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to adapt to different environments (sites, factories, schools, etc.)
