Interaction Recruitment is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Biggleswade. This position offers competitive pay, stable hours, and the opportunity for long-term employment within a supportive, established team.

Salary:

• £14.45 per hour – Day shift
• £15.45 per hour – Night shift
• Overtime: £18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off
• Days: 06:00 – 18:00
• Nights: 18:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently using a C/B or Flexi licence
• Move and store goods accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• C/B or Flexi forklift licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (desirable)
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
