Interaction Recruitment is partnering with a well-established engineering client in Leicester who is expanding their skilled fabrication team. If you take pride in producing clean, accurate welds and enjoy working to tight tolerances—this could be the role for you.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• MIG & TIG welding on precision-engineered components

• Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

• Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings

• Producing high-quality, consistent welds to exact specifications

• Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven MIG & TIG welding experience

• Background in precision welding or high-spec fabrication

• Confident reading technical/engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

• Engineering or manufacturing experience preferred
