Factory Operative – Wisbech – Immediate Start Available!

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy factory team in Wisbech.

If you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to start immediately – we want to hear from you!

 Role Duties:

• Picking
• Packing & repacking
• Quality checking
• General factory duties

Pay Rates:

• £12.21 per hour (Monday to Friday)
• £15.26 per hour (Weekend rate)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am – 5:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous factory experience preferred (but not essential)
