Trade Sales Executive – Construction Industry  

Full-Time - Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours / No weekends, Evenings or Bank Holidays

Location: Leicester

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 Per Annum to £40,000.00 Per Annum, Plus Commission / Plus Travel Cost

Due to further growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing construction-based company at an extremely exciting time as a Trade Sales Executive on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Our client is a phenomenally successful Manufacturing company who takes immense pride in manufacturing high quality products and now seeking a new addition to the team as a Trade Sales Executive.  

About Trade Sales Executive role: 

  • You will be responsible for issuing customer quotations and follow up to secure sales order as a Trade Sales Executive
  • Develop new business relationships with Trade customers as a Trade Sales Executive such as builders, contractors’ installers etc.
  • Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of products and promote accordingly.
  • Identify new business opportunities for increased revenue.
  • Attend client meetings and trade events within core working hours as a Trade Sales Executive
  • Demonstrate a winning and initiative-taking mentality with a do what it takes attitude as a Trade Sales Executive.

Trade Sales Executive Candidate:   

  • You MUST have experience in B2B or trade sales within the Construction and/or manufacturing sector – ESSENTIAL.
  • Experience dealing with installers, builders, contractors as a Trade Sales Executive
  • Highly confident with a dynamic and initiative-taking approach
  • Winning mentality!
  • Ability to work autonomously with own diary management.
  • Self-driven and motivated
