CNC Miller Setter/Programmer

Step into a family‑run engineering environment where craftsmanship still matters and modern equipment backs every decision you make. We are a tight-knit precision CNC machining company, and we’re looking for a CNC Programmer/Setter who brings skill, pride, and ambition to the workshop.

You’ll be working with advanced HAAS CNC machinery in a clean, well‑organised, fully equipped facility designed for efficiency and consistency. This is a place where high standards are the norm, not the exception.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Regular overtime available.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set and operate HAAS CNC milling machines with confidence and accuracy.
• Produce small, repeatable precision components in steel, plastics, brass and aluminium.
• Maintain exceptional quality control throughout production runs.
• Work from proven processes with existing tooling for many repeat components, ensuring smooth workflow and fast turnaround.

What You Bring

• You can read engineering drawings without hesitation.
• You know your measuring equipment and trust your ability to use it.
• You have hands‑on experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery.
• You’re open to developing further skills with training provided as needed.
