Sales Administrator – Food Manufacturer
Location: Skipton, BD23
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum
Perks: 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays


We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Skipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with order processing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting orders into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales orders
  • Supporting the sales, commercial, and operations teams
  • Communicating with customers when required
  • Working closely with a team of 5 in the office alongside the sales rep team
  • Ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in order processing
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems
✅ Excellent team player with strong communication skills
✅ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
✅ Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment is an advantage
