Job Title: Chef de Partie (Grill Experience)
Location: Village near Huntingdon
Salary: £16-£20ph
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours/week (Wed-Sun, between 10am-10pm)

We’re seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with grill experience to join our team at a popular village restaurant near Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with grill experience to work in a fast paced kitchen, managing the grill station and preparing high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grill station, cooking meats, fish, and vegetables.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organised station.
• Work with the kitchen team to execute the menu.
• Follow health & safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a grill or similar role.
• Strong grilling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
