Quantity Surveyor Location: Frodsham Salary:£40,000 – £50,000 DOE per annum Start Date: February–March Hours: Full-time
Overview: We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team based in Frodsham. This is a full-time position with a start date planned for February–March. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans
Procurement of subcontractors and materials
Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Interim applications and final accounts
Monitoring project costs and cash flow
Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)
