Job Opportunity: Pick and Packer – Food Production Factory 🍽️
Location: Newton Abbot
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £12.25–£12.75 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 07:00–16:00 or 09:00–18:00

About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Pick and Packers to join a fast-paced food production team. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in busy environments and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing food products accurately
• Labelling and packaging items correctly
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Conducting quality checks
• Meeting daily production targets
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Working in a freezer environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse or food production (desirable, not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
