FLT Driver – Cullompton – £13.50/hr + Bonuses

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting rate: £13.50
• Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
• Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period

Working Hours

• Tuesday to Thursday - 07:00 to 17:30 
• Friday - 06:00 to 14:00 
• Saturday, Sunday and Monday OFF! 

The Role

• Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
• Supporting production and warehouse operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
