📍 Location: Taunton 💷 Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.15 after 12 weeks) 📑 Contract: Temp-to-Perm

We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every day brings variety and new challenges.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of warehouse and production tasks, from packing and labelling to stock movement and operating automated machinery. With production levels increasing, this role offers stability, skill development and long-term prospects.

🔩 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated machinery safely and efficiently

• Carry out general warehouse and production duties

• Label, pack and prepare customer orders

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments

• Support and uphold health & safety standards

• Organised, proactive and adaptable to varied tasks

• Previous warehouse, production or machinery experience (desirable but not essential)

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

• Day shift only
