Packing Operative

📍 Location: Taunton 💷 Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.15 after 12 weeks) 📑 Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and reliable Packing Operatives to join our growing team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where no two days are the same.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks including labelling, packing, stock movement, operating automated machinery and general warehouse duties. With production levels increasing, this role offers stability, variety and the chance to develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated machinery safely and efficiently

• Carry out general warehouse and production duties

• Label, pack boxes and prepare customer orders

• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace

• Work collaboratively with the production team and other departments

• Support and uphold health & safety standards across the site

What We’re Looking For

• Organised, proactive and willing to take on varied tasks

• Previous warehouse, production or machinery experience (desirable but not essential)

• Positive attitude and a team-focused approach

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

• Day shift only

• No weekends
