Job Title: Slinger Banksman / Traffic Marshall
Location: Exeter
Salary: £18.00 per hour 

Job Description:

As a Slinger Banksman / Traffic Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe movement of vehicles and machinery on site. You will be responsible for guiding crane operations, managing traffic flow, and maintaining a safe working environment on a bust construction site in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and guide crane operations safely as a Slinger Banksman.
• Control traffic and vehicle movements on-site as a Traffic Marshall.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of lifting equipment.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and management.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and lifting operations.

Requirements:

• Valid Slinger Banksman and Traffic Marshall certification.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
