Production Manager – Bridgwater

Salary: £50,000 per annum | Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our team in Bridgwater. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, leads by example and brings a motivational, problem-solving mindset to every shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, actively engaging with teams and equipment

• Monitor machinery performance, identify issues and implement timely solutions

• Analyse operational data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime

• Lead and inspire your team with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and consistent production flow

• Uphold safety, quality and productivity standards across all shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Comfortable working a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights
