We are recruiting multiple SEN Teaching Assistant roles on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive mixed secondary school in Havering. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

The Role:

• Support students with a range of SEN needs
• Work on a 1-1 basis, in small group settings, and in both classroom-based and outside-of-classroom environments
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored support
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people (especially in SEN Teaching Assistant roles)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
