💰 £14.36 per hour | Overtime up to £20.22/hr | PAYE | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Interaction Recruitment are representing our client, a globally respected name in supply chain solutions, to recruit LGV Class 1 Drivers based in Spalding.

The Role

As an LGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products on behalf of our client across the UK. This is a multi-drop role, with 2-3 drops to major supermarkets per shift.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A valid LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence with at least 12 months’ recent driving experience

✅ A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

✅ Experience driving curtain-sided vehicles

✅ A clean licence or no more than 6 penalty points

✅ Excellent customer service experience

Working Hours

🕕 Monday to Sunday

📦 Various start times available

Pay Rates

HGV Class 1 Drivers

Pay Rates

Basic: Mon - Fri up to 10* working hours

£14.36 per hour

Basic: Mon - Fri up to 10* working hours between the hours of 23:00-05:00/Nights

£15.47 per hour

Overtime: Mon - Fri over 10* hours & Saturdays/Days

£16.41 per hour

Overtime: Mon - Fri over 10* hours & Saturdays between the hours of 23:00-05:00

£17.70 per hour

Sundays & Bank Holidays

£18.76 per hour

Sundays & Bank Holidays between the hours of 23:00-05:00

£20.22 per hour
