Job Role: Vehicle Mechanic Location: Derby, Derbyshire Salary: £33,000-£40,000 per annum / Overtime Available Hours: Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours / 8.00-17.00/08.30-17.30/09.00-18.00) / 1 in 4 Saturdays Job Type: Full time, Permanent
The client: Interaction have partnered with one of the UKs fastest growing Class 4 & 7 motor vehicle trader & reseller. Due to substantial growth & development, we are now looking for a number of skilled vehicle mechanics to join this well established and rewarding organisation on a full time permanent basis.

The Duties: · To carry out maintenance, service and repair on an array of class 4 & 7 motors vehicles. · Clutches changes, gearbox replacements, wheel alignment, engine fault finding and repair alongside general motor works · To work closely with fellow mechanics and site members to ensure time frames for repairs are communicated clearly alongside quoting customers effectively · Attend company training and development where necessary · To work alone and as part of a team
The Requirements: · Previous experience as a vehicle mechanic working on class 4/7 vehicles for a minimum of 3 years · Relevant qualifications (Motor Vehicle repair & maintenance etc NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds) would be advantageous but NOT essential · Team player and open for growth & development · Ability to carry out vehicle diagnostics
