Flexi/ Still Forklift Driver -  Stanmore
Location: Stanmore
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
Pay:

• £14.00 per hour for candidates with experience operating a Flexi or Still FLT but without a valid licence
• £15.00 per hour for candidates who hold a valid Flexi or Still FLT licence and have experience using it 

Start: Immediate

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Flexi/ Still Forklift Driver to join a reputable and well-established company based in Stanmore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in warehouse or production environments, particularly those who are confident working with machinery and enjoy hands-on, practical work. The successful candidate will play a key role in both warehouse operations and the assembly of custom netting products, while also supporting elements of supervision and quality control.

This is a temp-to-perm position, so we are looking for someone who is committed and interested in long-term, stable employment.

Must have experience operating a Flexi or Still FLT, but having a valid licence is advantageous. Training may be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Assembling and cutting netting to precise specifications
• Operating basic tools and machinery (training provided)
• Loading and unloading deliveries using forklifts
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Reading and interpreting customer drawings and specifications
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Managing stock and inventory levels
• Liaising effectively between warehouse staff and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Experience operating a Flexi or Still FLT is essential; a valid licence is advantageous but not mandatory
• A good standard of spoken and written English is required, as the role involves reading technical specifications and communicating clearly with team members and management
• A genuine interest in long-term, permanent employment
