We’re working with a vibrant and inclusive mixed secondary school in Waltham Forest that is looking for a committed Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time, temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone who wants to gain school-based experience and support students in achieving their full potential.

Role Overview:

• Support teaching staff across a range of subjects and year groups

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students stay engaged and focused

• Assist with classroom preparation, lesson delivery, and behaviour management

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You:

• Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting

• Confident, proactive, and supportive in a classroom environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
