My client is a bespoke high end construction company based in the Haslemere area and due to continued growth they are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team.
The role is a full-time position and offer excellent career development and training. The ideal candidate will be required to work on estimates for construction related projects alongside their commercial team. They are a family run business, several employees have been there many years and ensure that there is a great working environment for more long term employees to thrive.
The position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has some experience, but looking to hone in on luxury projects. We are open to candidates with a range of experience, either newly qualified, or 2-4 years experience will all be suitable. Salary will reflect your experience to date. The most important thing is that you are passionate about a career within high quality construction projects.
Skills/Attributes:
Construction Experience
Experience of Estimating either academically or through professional experience
Excellent IT Skills
Excellent Organisational Skills
