Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire in their search for a School Site Manager.

This role will entail overseeing the whole school premises, ensuring that students and staff members have a safe working environment, and often including a large amount of "hands on" tasks such as fixings and making good when general wear and tear occurs in the school.

Key responsibilities for this position can be found below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site security, including opening/locking the school

• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs

• Oversee cleaning staff and contractors

• Ensure health & safety compliance across the site

• Manage heating, lighting, and alarm systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred

• Basic DIY/maintenance skills

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Good communication and organisational skills
