🔧 Trainee Machine Operator – Corby 🔧

💷 £12.50 per hour | 4 on 4 off | 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)

We’re hiring Trainee Machine Operators to join our growing team in Corby!

🕒 Shift Pattern:

• 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts – Days & Nights

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery
• Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
• Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
• Performing some packing tasks as required
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

👷 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
• No prior experience needed – full training provided!
