The Role:
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the overall kitchen operation, managing a talented brigade, and delivering exceptional food and service across a range of hospitality functions. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader who thrives in a busy, quality-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume hospitality or contract catering setting

• Strong background in banqueting and fine dining

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for food, innovation, and high standards

• Ability to manage costs, stock, and ensure compliance with health & safety
