Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: BA16
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 start (flexible start times required), with extended hours during busy periods and occasional Saturdays

Pay: Standard 40 hours paid at £14.50, overtime paid at £21.75

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our client based in BA16. You will play a key role in keeping their production running smoothly by operating and maintaining machinery. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and load materials into machines

• Diagnose and fix machine breakdowns promptly

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Flexibility to work extended hours (06:00 – 18:00) during busy periods

• Occasionally work Saturdays (06:00 – 12:00)

• Follow health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential due to location

• Flexibility with start times around 06:00

• FLT (Forklift Truck) license is advantageous but not essential — training available

• Ability to work extended hours when needed

• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
