Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Picker / Packer with Counterbalance Forklift experience. This is mainly working as a picker / packer with adhoc forklift duties. The successful candidate will join on a temp2perm basis.

The Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:00 

Pay Rate: £12.50 (increasing to £13.20 per hour once successful forklift trial period is complete)

This role involves:

• picking and packing orders using hand-held scanners
• meeting all set KPI's
• using step ladders
• some heavy lifting required
• using various manual handling equipment
• operating counterbalance forklift as and when required

The successful candidate will have / be:

• strong consistent experience within a fast paced picking and packing role
• a counterbalance forklift licence (expired licences will be accepted)
• strong experience using handheld scanners
• able to work in a fast paced warehouse enviornment
• able to consistently work at a fast accurate pace and able to meet set targets
• reliable and hard-working
• available for immediate start
