Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives.

The role will involve operations in the Production area and may involve lifting reasonable loads and sitting/standing for continued periods of time.

You will be required to help the manufacturing/assembly operations on a daily basis :

Maintain a required daily output

Required to ensure production targets are met 

Work with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency

Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
