We’re recruiting experienced Welder / Fabricators for a well-established and busy structural steel engineering business.

This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent workload, and the chance to work on substantial heavy-gauge structural projects.

The Role

• MIG welding on structural and heavy-gauge steel
• Fabricating large structural components
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Marking out, cutting, assembling and tacking
• Working with beams, columns and heavy sections
• Maintaining high standards of weld quality and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in structural steel fabrication
• Strong MIG welding ability (heavy gauge)
• Confident reading technical/engineering drawings
• Experience working with large sections and heavy materials
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What’s On Offer

• £33,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
