Assembly Operative – Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Salary : £12.21- 12.70 per hour , Perm role = 25.5k per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a friendly production team within a small, family-run business. The role is well-suited to individuals with a high level of attention to detail and an interest in hands-on, precise work involving small electronic components.

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent,37.5 hours per week (flexi-time available, spread over 5 days)
Salary: Dependent on experience and profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and testing to an agreed quality.

• Conduct quality-controlled assembly and product testing

• Pack finished products daily

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace

• Undertake routine internal training to support ongoing development
