Job Title: Temporary Sales Order Processor

Location: Desborough - In person

Type: Temporary Contract - Full-Time

Salary: £13.20 per hour

Start Date: ASAP - contract length 6- 8 weeks (potential to go to a permanent contract but not guaranteed)

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Order Processor to join our team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for accuracy, and ideally have experience with SAP order processing, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and driven team, where you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer sales orders in a timely manner

Liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Handle customer queries and provide updates on order status

Check stock levels and delivery schedules

Ensure all sales documentation is complete and correct

Update and maintain records in the ERP system (SAP experience preferred)

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales order processing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience using SAP or another ERP system is highly desirable
