Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting a great school in the Hillingdon area in their search for a Caretaker to join the team on a tempoary basis with a view to potentially becoming longer term for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Open and close the building daily, ensuring site security.

• Carry out cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance tasks.

• Monitor heating, lighting, and basic facilities operations.

• Manage waste disposal and grounds maintenance.

• Report larger maintenance issues or safety concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role desirable.

• Practical skills in basic DIY, cleaning, and site maintenance.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good communication and organisational skills.
