Sous Chef – Fine Dining & Catering | Monday to Friday | 45 hours per week | £40,000

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our fine dining and catering kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a professional, high-standard environment and is looking for a great work-life balance.

The role:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across both à la carte service and banqueting/catering. You will play a key role in supervising the kitchen, training junior chefs, and ensuring consistently high standards of presentation and taste.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a fine dining or catering environment

  • Background in banqueting, catering and à la carte service

  • A passion for food and commitment to excellence

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • A positive team player with a hands-on approach
