We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Food Production Team Leader to join a growing food manufacturing team in St Austell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role — no prior experience required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the production line
• Motivate and guide team members to meet daily targets
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
• Help train new staff and lead by example
