🕕 06:00 – 16:00/18:00, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Production Supervisor to join a dynamic team in a busy food manufacturing facility in St Austell. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone with a background in food production and a passion for leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Supervise and support production staff on shift
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
• Monitor output and ensure production targets are met
• Complete and maintain accurate production records
• Liaise with management to report progress and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
