Hours Mon-Fri 0800-1700 (early finish Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the despatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
· Coordinate with other departments to streamline the despatch process.
· Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of all despatch activities.
· Train and mentor new team members.
· Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the despatch process.
· Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in a supervisory role within a despatch or logistics environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Fork lift experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
